Rob Hollern

Computer Literacy Specialist

In Computer Literacy, K-4 students learn the basics of the digital world with an eye towards computer programming.

We never know which lives we influence, or when, or why. ~Stephen King

In Computer Literacy, we begin with our littlest learners getting the basics of computer use. While technology is everywhere, some of our students are first getting exposed to a variety of new tools. We are a Google district, all students K-4 have access to google accounts that will follow them throughout their time in Naugatuck Public Schools. Students will focus their time on digital basics for the littlest of learners and advanced programming and robotics by the time they finish 4th grade.
